When life hits the hardest

Rejection can either bury you in defeat or catapult you to a new you.

Before you jump the gun and tell me that it's all a matter of perspective, I know that it sometimes can be but not always. The right circumstance, or wrong one depending on how you look at it, can bring anybody down.

I've been on both ends of it. Rejection pushed me to build my body better, stronger, fitter. I'm in the best shape of my life today because of one person who thought she was better than me. Today, I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum.

Enough rejection sometimes just knocks you out and you hear yourself thinking, "What's the point?"
